You release Tranquil Touch by Joseph from any liability related to undisclosed health conditions or misuse of services.



You voluntarily participate in wellness-based relaxation services.


POLICIES & GUIDELINES

1. Service Clarification

Tranquil Touch by Joseph offers Gentle Touch & Wellness Experiences focused on relaxation, grounding, and emotional well-being.

Services do NOT include:

  • Massage therapy

  • Medical or clinical treatment

  • Diagnosis or assessment

  • Physical therapy

  • Sexual or inappropriate touch of any kind

Any inappropriate requests will result in immediate termination and full payment due.

2. Health Considerations

Please inform the practitioner of any relevant conditions, including:

  • Injuries

  • Pain or sensitivity

  • Allergies

  • Skin issues

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent surgeries

  • Medical concerns

If unsure, consult your healthcare provider prior to your session.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments

Sessions are by appointment only.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your session.
Full fee still applies.

4. Cancellation Policy

To provide fairness and availability:

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Under 24 hours: 50% fee may apply.

No-shows: 100% of the scheduled appointment is charged.

5. Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service.
Accepted methods: cash, card, or approved digital payments.

6. Boundaries & Conduct

The environment at Tranquil Touch by Joseph is respectful, safe, and professional.

The following behaviors are not tolerated:

  • Sexual or inappropriate requests

  • Harassment

  • Intoxication

  • Disrespectful conduct

Threatening or abusive language

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information, conversations, and session details are kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is always protected.

Sessions will end immediately if boundaries are crossed.

8. Disclaimer of Results

Every client is unique. While many experience deep relaxation and emotional peace, Tranquil Touch by Joseph does not guarantee specific results.
